When clients first call Daigle Law Office to discuss meeting with an attorney, they hear Jennifer’s compassionate voice on the other end of the phone. As the Client Service Coordinator, Jennifer strives to make the initial contact as warm and comfortable as possible. “I try to do everything I can do to put them at ease, and to let them know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I want them to say goodbye with a sense of relief, knowing they have taken the first step towards a positive outcome.”
Jennifer says her empathy comes from experiencing financial struggles herself. “Finances are such a personal thing, and it is embarrassing to reach out and admit you need help. I try to reassure a caller that it happens to the best of us. It happens to a lot of people and not to be ashamed because we, at Daigle Law Office, are here to help. I let them know there are bankruptcy laws to help them out of the situation.”
Jennifer is a Cape Cod native, and mother to four children ranging in age from 5 to 17. Her girls are involved in competitive cheer which keeps her very busy while her son is working to obtain his pilots license.
